Beyoncè e Justin Bieber fanno incetta di nomination per gli MTV EMA 2016 che si terranno il 6 novembre a Rotterdam (Olanda). I due artisti si sono aggiudicati ben 5 candidature.
Dietro di loro, Adele con “solo” quattro nomination; assieme alla star di “Rolling in the deep”, ci sono poi Coldplay, Shawn Mendes e Lukas Graham. Bottino magro per Rihanna e Drake hanno 3 candidature a testa, inclusa la nomination per “Best Song” per la hit “Work” in cui hanno collaborato.
Confronto all’ultima nota tra la hit “Hello” (di Adele) e “Sorry” di Bieber che si confrontano nella categoria “Best Song”; è lotta anche tra la ballata soul-pop di Lukas Graham “7 Years” e il remix di Seeb del successo dance di Mike Posner “I Took a Pill in Ibiza”. Benji & Fede sono i nominati wildcard scelti dai fan con il social voting per la categoria Best Italian Act, e si vanno ad aggiungere ad Alessandra Amoroso, Emma, Francesca Michielin e Salmo.
